delight reigns in a garden

i live in a city, i have no yard, i have a brick walk and public sidewalks just outfront and trollies and tourists and bars that stay open late nite and bring vandals.im growing  a garden, in a SMALL empty spot  close to the sidewalk....i grew CORN. it was a joke and a test of fate but i got little ears. so small , they topped off too soon but corn it is  and it is thee sweetest corn i have ever tasted. and i love the feeling of growing something in that naked neglected little piece of dirt, viva la MAIZE
